Double Down

I have been waking my body being soaking wet these past few days reliving the past litigation.  I am beginning to think that post-litigation is worse than when the litigation was ongoing.  I remember the lawyer for Dr. Dunn saying that he was going to double down with me: a harshness that was unnecessary. I can hear his words in my head now.  And why did Richard Singleton, director of risk management for Vancouver Coastal Health. also say the same thing.  Are they wife beaters.
