 In Ron's affidavit of January 13 2025.  He said, which was not true because I never talked to him on or about November 2024,(no long distance toll charge), he said that during a telephone call between Audrey, my wife, Gretta, and I, Audrey stated that she will fight until there are no monies left in the Estate.  When I read it, I thought what a stupid statement it was, and no one would take it seriously, but I was wrong. It is done all the time by lawyers to frame a motive for the court.  That I was being revengeful and spiteful. Although I did not know that I hated my brother.  And that could explain why Judge Smith came down so hard on me. Now my application to revoke the Grant because of uninformed service of documents, became personal.  I asked my brother why would he sign such an affidavit, he said he just wanted the probate over with.  It was he and his lawyer that spent 1.5 years going back and forth with Jenny about who should be the administrator. It wasn't me not wanting him to have his inheritance.  It was finally decided that Ron would support Jenny if Jenny when she became administrator would pay his legal fees to date being $18,000.  It is like saying to a candidate for public office, I will support your appointment if you promise to pay me $18,000 when you get elected. But after Jenny was appointed administrator, she never paid the $18,000 bill.  So my brother was used by the administrator and her lawyer. The administrator no longer needed my brother Ron and this was further evidenced when he tried to find buyers for the properties.  He was told he would be physically evicted from the property if he ever showed up.  So my sister, the administrator, continued to live on the property for another year not paying rent.  Note, my sister was very well compensated for being my brother's caretaker.
