Why did VCHA have to ban me from seeing Randy when they believed he was dying.  All through that process no one person from VCHA went to my defence; no one.  They decided to say that Randy was incompetent and cancelled his documentation making me his representative and attorney.  What proof did they have: none.  How easy for them not to follow due process or the rule of  law.   Even now I have no one to speak for me.  I sleep all afternoon and as is my normal I awoke seaking wet....During that time Randy had a lawyer and the lawyer never spoke to me.  Mr. Doig was not named Randy's representative or attorney.  He neverr gave Randy his money or even a few hundred dollars so I could hire a companion for Randy.  I paid what I could with my credit card.  He should be disbarred.  He kept the money for three years.  Why.

Things are getting a bit normal.  This afternoon at the corner of Cambie and 43rd I noticed four MBz drive by one-after-the-other: three white MB s and 1 black MB.

I slept most the day again.  It is better than not being able to sleep.  I had a break-in yesterday about this time.  I heard the glass break and I caught him.  He denied breaking the window and ran off saying he was going to look for the culprit.  One thing I found that thieves lie.  Thre was no one else just him. 

About a month ago Wall Corporation put up 16 cameras on the property however not one of them were directed towards seeing the front of my unit.  I told them then and later to angle one of the cameras so that the front of my unit would be covered.  They refused.

I was told that my relationship with the landlord was broken.  Yes, it is because Wall Corporation won't do anything not even acknowledge an email.

Now the question is who is responsible for replacing the window.

Trees gone at Oakridge mall

I noticed this afternoon as I looked at Oakridge mall from the east that all the trees bordering on Cambie Street have been cut down.  Because of the coronovirus we have no people and now we have no trees. How could the City allow them to cut down all those beautiful trees.  The whole City is looking like a waste land.  It is very depressing.  Who made the decision to destroy Cambie Street.  There was nothing wrong with that corridor.  There were beautiful homes and what do we have now: blocks and blocks of same looking mini-towers policed by property managers.

Sleep

All I seem to do is sleep.  When I wake, I turn my head and go to sleep again.  Maybe it is a way of healing. 

I nearly lost my tenancy because the arbitrator did not get his facts correct.  In his decision he was of the opinion that those that caused a violent fight on the lawn where I live were my guests.  They were not my guests.  They were trespassers. Under the RTA tenants are responsible for the behavior of their guests.  Only in the written decision was I am to see why the arbitrator was so hostile to me.  I was witness to employees of my landlord viciously beating up one of the trespassers and I had the police called.  No good deed goes unpunished.  I had put up with the uncertainty of my tenancy for seven months.  This added to my stress and no accommodation was granted me by VCHA and its lawyers.

I was accused of something I did not do; like I was accused by VCHA for doing things I did not do.  Lawyers are supposed to do due diligence to make sure that their clients have a valid claim but in my case all they did was believe their clients and their nonsense (snowflake) allegations.  Each argument has to be vetted before it goes in front of a judge as lawyers are officers of the court.  A lawyer who is a judge in Kamloops told me forty years ago that the only party he does not trust is his own client.  Clients know this and if they have the $resources they will demoralize a party with innuendo to the point of suicide.  

stress causes the immune system to fail

I was told by a medical profession that the overwhelming stress I am under would kill me.  When I told this to the parties involved in my litigation all they did was put more stress on me by deciding to use the courts to make the decision. Judges are not medical experts.  Letters from my doctors were not enough.  The litigation involves Vancouver Coastal Health. The VCHA does not believe its own physicians. 

This morning was exceptionally bad.  I woke up soaking wet.  I changed my clothes and I am now freezing cold.  My temperature is 35.7 so I do not have a fever.  My hair is soaking wet and my teeth hurt. I mostly drink green tea and force myself to eat one avocado a day.
