I could not understand why I was treated so badly by the courts. I was told it is common for lawyers to engage in procedural ambush (unfairness). They will do everything to make you look bad and wreck your confidence. It is gaslighting.
I can see this happening in regular court litigation (maybe) but not in estate litigation. I want to know what the fuck they were trying to do.
