July 21 2020 - court hearing by phone

I had a bad night as I could not sleep as I had to be at a telephone conference hearing with the supreme court of British Columbia this morning to get a date for the hearing for my case to be dismissed by Dr. Dunn.

I still do not understand why Dr. Dunn cannot just tell the truth and say that he was coerced to put a DNR/DNT/CCO on my husband.  On November 18th I asked him to remove the Order and he refused.  He said it was not his decision.  If it was not his decision, then whose decision was it.  It was his signature on the Order, no one elses. 

When I brought this to the attention to the college of physicians and surgeons, it said Dr. Dunn did nothing wrong.  And no discussion was made that the decision came from somewhere else.  The college also said that my husband was too sick to approve of him wanting to hasten his death.  If I did not call 911 that night, my husband would have died.  Apparently, attempted murder is something that the college does not deal with. 

I slept all day and I am still tired.  This litigation is unfair as it is not an even playing field.  It is a forum designed so that self-litigants remain in a constant state of traumatic stress.  To become a lawyer takes nine years then years of experience to be competent, and yet the rules of court say a self-litigant can litigate without this education or experience.  This reasoning is bizarre.

I still do not understand why the medical establishment is forcing this issue.  Maybe it has something to do with the Carolyn Strom case. Since I am not a nurse, they can't shut me up so they will keep me in a PTSD state until I die. A chill telling the general public not to complain as they might suffer the same.

After an investigation, an SRNA disciplinary committee found Strom guilty of professional misconduct. It said Strom’s comments violated the Registered Nurses’ Act by harming the reputation of nursing staff at the facility and undermining the public’s confidence in the staff.

During one of my interactions with the "tribe" I was told that they were going to "doubledown" on me. I did not understand what that meant and later when I looked up the definition, I said to myself why would they want to do that.  I concluded that it was Ostrow as it was he who would not even let me see Randy for two minutes just to assure Randy that I had not abandoned him. Lawyers are only employees who do what they are told and they were feeling the pressure of their masters not to do the right thing but rather to use psychological terror on me. 

I am hoping to get my old computer back today so that I can start downloading the emails that were frozen in it.  I am not looking forward to it as it will cause me memory grief.  I was told by a master that I would have to download everything as I would not know what was relevant or not as I was not a lawyer.

The statistic that one-third of all deaths are caused by medical errors has been normalized for decades and yet there are no groups trying to reduce it.

My email to Scheduling re Joel Morris.

I asked Joel why would it take two hours to set up a phone call to determine a date for a hearing.  This is how he works.  He never answers a question.  He uses a sound bite to make me appear difficult.  He said that I would not send him a time for my availability.  I only asked him why would it take two hours.  His behavioir should be noted and reported.  This court conference was not necessary I find his "professionalism" lacking.

Asking for two hours and all the paperwork involved and the time of a justice seems ridiculous to arrange a phone call.  You have no respect for the court process, only to increase costs.  Your client is guilty and this matter should have been solved a long time ago.  Dr. Dunne thinks his bahavior will be forgotten because he is under the misbelief that his behavior will be forgottenj by the stroke of a pen. Your client hastened the death of my husband and caused me great harm which he should own up to and be accountable.  And to think this whole telephone schedule  scenario was arranged by the supreme court of british columbia on a SUNDAY.

And I want to know why although it is good knowledgment that 1/3 of all medical deaths are because of medical errors  why are those responsible never prosecuted. We need docors but we as a country are willing to allow doctors to kill 1/3 of all patients so the rest of us are saved.  Good.Doctors get jaded after awhile and they they slowly become corrupt.
