I keep getting told that the courts are impatient with estates with beneficiaries not getting along. So what do the Courts do, they treat estates as something to rush through without proper analysis.
Please be advised that families are where society starts, it is not an afterthought, or something to be dismissed with a 15 minute hearing or forcing consent so there is no hearing.
If we want rule of law, the courts have to respect families.
