What I did was give license to every committee to rip off estates.
And estates will be ripped off because there is nothing to stop it.
Committees will do it because they can.
And lawyers will encourage it by giving committees legal advice.
Becaue of cost intimination we have to accept thieves in our families.
That is what capitalism means.
You have to pay to catch a thief.
