Are the Defendants Litigators (Respondents) bullying me.

A friend sent me a link this afternoon from HuffPost, Canada is Corrupt when it comes to Choosing Judges. It is a popularity contest.

One of the links connected me to a report by Christie Blatchford: BC Man Pleads for Family Court Reform in Suicide Note.

The victim only wanted to see his kids and I only wanted to see my husband. The motivation is the same.

Another link said Canadian Lawyers Drive Dads to Bankruptcy and Suicide by Bullying.  

Is this the intent of the lawyers who see themselves as Joseph Croias bullying witnesses without conscience and this disagreeable lawyer became president of the Ontario Law Society. My case is not of a white collar crime over greed in the billions of dollars it is over the untimely death of my husband and the collateral outfall.

So far the defendants have discredited me and demoralized me. I am a basket case. Look what I am doing today:  It is December 25 2020. 

I won't commit suicide as I have a very good therapist.  A therapist that costs me $225 an hour.  I have no additional medical insurance provided by an employe rso he alone is costing me money I cannot afford.  To get access to a MSP psychiatrist, it takes six months to a year to exercise a referral, and then there is no guarantee that he will take you as a patient. Most psychiatrists will not write a medical legal report because they are under no obligation to do so.  It is a lot of work and they do not want to be a witness in court. My psychologist could not do a medical legal report as he was biased. 

Lawyers do not seek the truth; they only seek to demoralize, so you give up.  And the Groias like Joel Morris are clever at it.  

One of the links said that such lawyers should be shamed.  So be it:

None of the defendant pay for lawyers.legal costs.  They are all insured by the public purse one way or other  And the public cannot find out how much money the lawyers are creaming as it is under solicitor-client privilege. The tax payer should have the right to know.   And the the lawyers do not loose any sleep over anything as they are but agents of the government and are assured payment of their fees monthly. They are much like civil servants and nothing can happen to them.

 In August of this year, I tried to negotiate with the Groias to settle the matter.  They refused. No comment. And they would not give me a name of an expert legal medical report which they have on their rolex.  They knew I was suffereing from PTSD and since a medical expert legal person has to be independent they were not going to allow such evidence to be entered in the court record..  All of them  were guilty of perverting justice as they had to provide all evidence to the court whether it be in their clients' favour or in mine  When the action started in the hearing the master (a judge) suggested that the defendants offer an apology.  No apology came.  Their path was to drive me insane as no one would believe me and no lawyer would take on my case.

Are you trying to tell me that your staff is so incompetent that they can't take Randy to the curbside on Saturday.  Just Pamela and Tanu can do this..

Don't you understand you cannot do this any more.

And Dr. Dunn is not Randy's physician.

You behave as if we live in an undemocratic state and you can do what you want. 

Randy can make his own decisions as to who he can see and when.

I received word today that your staff didn't even put his television on nor answer his landline when I attempted to call.  All they had to do is answer the phone and tell Randy that I called.  Randy is scheduled to receive six hours of care each day and I doubt that he even gets a fraction of that.

You are not only hurting me with the banning you are harming Randy from which he may never recover and for him to only remember the banning on his death is SICK and not to mention the reputations of David Ostrow and his people first policy. You know his death, the death I am not ready to accept and that all the residents at GPC have agreed to DNR and DNTs.  I doubt that as the few residents I have spoken to do not even know what a DNR is least of all what a DNT means.  If you are acutely ill and you cnnnot be transferred to VGH then you will probably die.  Darwin's law of only the fittest will survive is alive and well at GPC.  If you need acute care you will probably die and have a nurse call your relatives in the middle of the night so such an event doesn't upset the flow of work during the day and to document the death there will only be one sentence "patient sweatng profusely.".

Richard Singleton wrote me an email saying I was banned from George Pearson Centre because I attempted to take Randy Michael Walker off the grounds to go home with me. In the process I was assaulted by staff, screamed at, humiliated, and forcibly detained.  Randy is being forced to stay at George Pearson Centre although he has a history of not wanting to live there.  Since Randy can't walk or talk and there were seven out-of-control staff pounding on me I was forced to leave him there.  When the police arrived they were not too bright as they were unable to comprehend that Randy was there against his will.

I was hoping today that the police would clear it up but no.  They said there was a doctor's order on Randy which GPC did not tell me nor show me. There was nothing wrong with Randy to prevent him from going home for a few hours or from going to another hospital.  What planet did the doctor come from.  I am sure it only said to watch Randy more carefully for a week or two. It would not say that he couldn't leave GPC as that would be illegal. A doctor's order is not a jail sentence.  Randy can come and go when he pleases. 

Randy was terrified yesterday and also today when I couldn't see him and secure his release for a few hours. I was told that Randy is very depressed and he knows what is going on and he hates everyone at GPC for doing this to me. Randy is competent so he can leave a residential facility anytime he wants. 

Randy cannot talk and he has to use a wheelchair as he is a quad so it is easy to imprison him and convince him of things that are not true.  The reason Randy does not like it at GPC is that he feels it is not safe.  And it is not safe especially if I cannot have access to him. I will forego talking about his injuries sustained at GPC and the quality of life he does not have there until another time..

I am a petite seventy-four years old woman and it seems that I get regularly demeaned.by VCH and their contract employees.

Randy is 57 so he is not old.  He just had a bad accident. How can they scare him like they have done for over three years. A man who cannot talk or move. 

Years ago the subject of I taking Randy off the grounds of George Pearson Centre went to the VCH Ethics Board and it was determined that Randy had the right to do so.  So why now is this again a problem.  Prior to this week GPC never cared if Randy was well enough to go off site or not. 

During the years prior to the Ethics Board's decision Randy's freedoms were taken away from him as he did not go off site and he never saw the outside for close to two years.
