I am not very happy with what Wall Corporation is still doing. I asked them to position one of their 16 security cameras to view the front of my unit and they have not done so. A few days ago I stopped a young man breaking a window so that he could access my unit. This has only added more to my stress as now even that small consideration from Wall Corporation has been denied me. But then I am sure Lawson Lundell has advised them that they do not have to provide any security for me. The property I live on is one block in length with 12 empty homes on it suggesting that no one is living her therefore the property is open to vandals, etc. Up until then there was people secuirty but after January 1 2020 none. About a month ago Wall Corporation installed security cameras to monitor the property but not to monitor my unit. When I phoned the security company to find out if they were still securing the property, I was told that they were not allowed to talk to me. Darcee is very good about secrecy.

I slept most of the day again. From my window it looks every out. Light gray clouds hiding the light from the sun. No noise. What is ging to happen when the internet goes down. It will surely drive us all mad.
This is the day that I dreaded as it was the day of my telephone conference hearing to evict me. I received an email from the RTB that the hearing would not be heard. It was not a relief. It was anger that I had to be persecuted again by my landlord, Wall Financial Coporation and their lawyer, Lawson Lundell. The tenancy laws that are out there belong to the predators that destroy the vulnerable. There is a ray of justice but it is so tiny that most never benefit. Our government has delegated social control to landlords. They dictate what you can say and how you can act. You are not free when you rent. My proposed eviction wasn't over non-payment of rent but rather over what I did not to get evicted. It is very hard not to defend yourself if you do not have any witnesses but Darcee was able to swear an affidvit of 94 pages. I have no idea why Wall Financial would do what they did. How petty, senseleass and mean. They even accused me of extortion. I did not want to move so I told them I would move if they provided me with a penthouse apartment that was dog friendly. They can lie to you and bear false witness but I cannot ask for what I want and then be told that I was guilty of extortion.

1 April 2020 Corona
There is about being old, I do not have to worry about social distancing, as no one will come near me. They quicky distance themselves.
I am going to put a sign on my front door saying that I have Corona Virus that should stop, providing criminals can read, that they not break windows to gain entry to my unit which happened on Monday.

Why did VCHA have to ban me from seeing Randy when they believed he was dying. All through that process no one person from VCHA went to my defence; no one. They decided to say that Randy was incompetent and cancelled his documentation making me his representative and attorney. What proof did they have: none. How easy for them not to follow due process or the rule of law. Even now I have no one to speak for me. I sleep all afternoon and as is my normal I awoke seaking wet....During that time Randy had a lawyer and the lawyer never spoke to me. Mr. Doig was not named Randy's representative or attorney. He neverr gave Randy his money or even a few hundred dollars so I could hire a companion for Randy. I paid what I could with my credit card. He should be disbarred. He kept the money for three years. Why.

I slept most the day again. It is better than not being able to sleep. I had a break-in yesterday about this time. I heard the glass break and I caught him. He denied breaking the window and ran off saying he was going to look for the culprit. One thing I found that thieves lie. Thre was no one else just him.
About a month ago Wall Corporation put up 16 cameras on the property however not one of them were directed towards seeing the front of my unit. I told them then and later to angle one of the cameras so that the front of my unit would be covered. They refused.
I was told that my relationship with the landlord was broken. Yes, it is because Wall Corporation won't do anything not even acknowledge an email.
Now the question is who is responsible for replacing the window.
