Things are getting worse.  Randy was allegedly talked into a DNR Order and I tried to negate it. Dr. Dunn refused to do so.  Ro said Randy can't just keep changing his mind whenever he wants.  I thought the policy of VCH is you can change your mind.  Is that why so many people are dying at GPC because they alledgedly agreed to DNR Orders which they did not understand.

28 July 2020 Randy Michael Walker and his torture by phone

Months prior to Randy's death I had a landline phone installed so that I could talk to him, as he could not talk to me.  At first one of the nurses would put the phone on Randy's pillow so he could hear my voice.  After awhile I noticed that no nurse would do this accommodation.

So I got word to Randy that I would phone him each day and let the phone ring twice so he knew I was thinking of him.  I subsequently was told that the nurses turned off the phone so it would not ring.  I am sure Randy was disappointed.  I only let it ring two times so he knew it was me. For the three years Randy was there I paid $50.00 a month for the phone and hardly got to talk to him. 

Everytime I think of that I cannot forgive George Pearson Centre for doing that.  They won't let the phone ring : they shut off the ringer.  The direction came from the head nurse Tanu who told me that she could arrange that I never see Randy not even on his death bed.

I was told that Tanu is no longer at George Pearson Centre, since she is to be called as a witness as to what happened, can someone tell me where she is.  VCHA won't tell me where she is:  if it was a criminal case the lawyer and VCHA would be charged with obstruction of justice.

Why was Randy imprisoned in VGH when he did not want to be there.

I want to know why was Randy imprisoned in GPC when he did not want to be imprisoned there.

This must be why the legal tribe is using the courts to cover up VGHA's illegal imprisonment of Randy.  Ostrow won't even give me two minutes a day to go and see Randy at GPC so I could tell Randy that I was trying my best to fix things.


And I also want to know why Doig who knew Randy wanted to be with me would not give Randy his money.  There was enough money that I could have hired someone to help me to look after Randy.  Since Randy was dying anyways the money would have lasted until then.  And to add insult to injury Doig contested the validity of Randy's Will.  

They put a comfort care order on Randy which meant that VGH was not going to treat him any more. A comfort care order usually means that the patient is going to be starved to death with the help of morphine. The decision for this Order came from Ostrow not Dr. Dunn. Such orders do not have to be approved by a patient. This is a dirty little secret that the public is not aware of. 


Because of the COVID-19 lockdown I am revisitng (having flashbacks) what happened and questioning why.

About a week ago I was watching the fired AG of the USA say that when he signed off on something he signed it as he just assumed that some low paid official did his job.  Is this the cause of so much injustice in our health care system.

I awoke soaking wet with a headache.  I seldom get headaches but this one hits that I can't get up. I hope I can sleep again so the pain will go away.

July 21 2020 - court hearing by phone

I had a bad night as I could not sleep as I had to be at a telephone conference hearing with the supreme court of British Columbia this morning to get a date for the hearing for my case to be dismissed by Dr. Dunn.

I still do not understand why Dr. Dunn cannot just tell the truth and say that he was coerced to put a DNR/DNT/CCO on my husband.  On November 18th I asked him to remove the Order and he refused.  He said it was not his decision.  If it was not his decision, then whose decision was it.  It was his signature on the Order, no one elses. 

When I brought this to the attention to the college of physicians and surgeons, it said Dr. Dunn did nothing wrong.  And no discussion was made that the decision came from somewhere else.  The college also said that my husband was too sick to approve of him wanting to hasten his death.  If I did not call 911 that night, my husband would have died.  Apparently, attempted murder is something that the college does not deal with. 

I slept all day and I am still tired.  This litigation is unfair as it is not an even playing field.  It is a forum designed so that self-litigants remain in a constant state of traumatic stress.  To become a lawyer takes nine years then years of experience to be competent, and yet the rules of court say a self-litigant can litigate without this education or experience.  This reasoning is bizarre.
